There is more to this statement than
meets the eye. True, we have evolved
as a manufacturer of repute over the
years and have constantly added new
products to our range, which has resulted
in a vast range. But our basic intention
was never to be a 'Jack of all and master
of none'. We have always kept our design
& development department on their
toes, even when a product has been positively
accepted in the market, we have made
changes for the better instead of resting
on our laurels.
All the time of inception, our aim was
in the field of Cast Iron Air Valves,
Relief Valves, Sluice Valves, etc. for
Irrigation and Water Supply Sector.
That led to venturing into manufacturing
specially valves in Cast Iron such as
Pinch Valves, Pulp Valves, Diaphragm
Valves, Equilibrium Ball, Foot Valves,
Butterfly Valves and eventually Ball
Valves.
Our Entry into Steam Engineering Services
was with the introduction of Gun-Metal
Steam Valves and Pressure Reducing Valves
with IBR Certification, followed up
by steam Traps also with IBR Certification,
and then came the age of Steel, what
with Stell Castings becoming easily
available. This prompted our next step,
into the development of a complete range
of valves in Carbon Steel and Stainless
Steel, such as Gate, Globe, Check, Angle,
Feed Check Valves and Strainers. Every
effort was made to adhere to the relevant
international standards.
What we consider the pinnacle in our
Research & Development Dept. is
successful introduction of Spherical
Disc Butterfly Valve, Conduit Pattern
Globe Valve, Safety Relief Valves and
Control Valves.
We are pleased to inform that not only
were these valves widely trouble-free
operation, however even now there are
constant changes being made which render
these valves technologically equivalent
to those available in the International
Market. Another positive development
for us has been that of Steam Traps
based on the Thermodynamic Principle.

Another issue of pride for us is the
success we have had in the field of
high pressure valve (Class Ratings 600,
800, 900, 1500 and 2500) in Forged Carbon
Steel and Stainles Steel. Because we
have API 6D on these valves we can cater
oil and Gas refinery. With our own outlet
in UAE, we are able to serve overseas
market. But again as we are well aware
of the facts that pride can come before
a fall and have no intention of relaxing
our quality controls norms.
As has been amply illustrated above,
our range has been developed with our
complete and undivided attention. No
effort has been spared in trying to
make our products the best that all
our clients money can buy, and we are
only too glad to stand guarantee for
their performance keeping with our motto
progress, albeit with dignity and pride.
The company emphasise on Quality Assurance
and Design Parameter. It is proud of
the company to set up a Computer Aided
Design (CAD) System. The Company has
on its rolls well experienced and Qualified
Engineers heading the Departments of
Design, Quality Assurance & Production
with dedicated team of Technical Staff
working under them.
It is company's pride and prestige in
having obtained ISO 9001-2000 Certification
from RW-TUV. A feather in our cap is
that our shop has been approved for
manufacturing and testing facilities
by TDS & Lloyds.
It is needless to mention that we have
been approved by many project consultants
and have proved our ability under prestigious
inspection authorities like EIL, MECON,
BVIS, PDIL, UHDE, Baxcounsel, SGS Inspection
Bureau, H & G, Dalai Consultant,
ICB and many more.
